## 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

## Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or personalized items

## Return Process
1. Contact support@meridcrystal.com with your order number
2. Receive return authorization and address
3. Ship within 7 days of authorization
4. Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receipt

## Shipping Costs
- Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping
